What it is
I created this world. At least, that's what I was told when I was assigned to it.
An artificial world, and a hundred people inside it. Each one with a job, money, memories, relationships, a home, a past. I was only supposed to observe them from the outside. Watch, record, say nothing.
On the surface, nothing is wrong. Ordinary town, ordinary lives, nothing that shouldn't be there.
Then something happened that wasn't supposed to be possible. Did I actually create these people, or did I only believe I did? Am I really outside this world, or somewhere inside it? And if something in here is watching me back, who is it?
Everything still looks normal. The anomaly is hidden inside the information.
Where you come in
There are a hundred of them and one of me. I can't watch everything. You can.
Watch the episodes. If something doesn't add up, leave a comment under the video: a time that's off, a name that comes back, someone where they shouldn't be. I read them. I call them notes.
Your notes don't decide what happens in this world. But they can change where I look next. I'm still not sure that was part of the design.

How it works
Every episode is a short report from inside the project: what I found, in the order I found it. Nothing here is staged, and nothing is cut for pace.
Each one picks up where the last one stopped. Some threads sit in the records, waiting to be pulled. Others show up from somewhere I can't quite place.

- Is PROJECT: H a real experiment?
- No. PROJECT: H is a work of serialized fiction. The world, the observer, and the subjects are part of an ongoing story told on TikTok, not a real research project.
- What is PROJECT: H about?
- PROJECT: H follows an observer assigned to WORLD 001, an artificial world with a hundred people living in it. The job was to observe and say nothing, until something happened that wasn't supposed to be possible.
- Who is the Observer?
- The Observer is the unnamed narrator of PROJECT: H, who watches WORLD 001 from the outside. Whether they're really outside it is part of the mystery.
- Where can I watch it?
- New episodes are posted on TikTok at @projecth483. That is also where to leave a comment.
- Can my comments change the story?
- They can change where the investigation goes, not what the world is. There are no polls and no votes. The Observer can't watch a hundred people alone and reads the comments under the episodes. When one spots something real, the investigation may follow it.
- How often are new episodes posted?
- New episodes are posted regularly on TikTok, with the investigation building a little further each time.
